		Quality
		Quality characterizes all the photos in the site. The greater part of our job is to guarantee the best quality of images in all production phases. Our work starts with the preparation of anatomical pieces to be depicted: very often their realization needs a very precise dissection; in some case we represent organs in their natural position. The material used is frozen, cut, and warmed with particular techniques. Bones are treated with particular reagents after boiling procedures. Each photo is realized with best light conditions to obtain a product as similar as possible to the natural one. Each photo is digitally elaborated with PC to improve quality, correct light and correct mistakes eventually occurred. Finally, we found the right balance between quality and suitability using Jpeg format. This make Best Biology a very rich atlas to be used at real time!
		Quantity
		Each item is treated with a number of photos sufficient to give an exhaustive description; we have realized this web site starting from our experience of veterinary and surgery assistant.
		In the most important species we have realized photos suitable for operations (ex in mammalians each vertebra is depicted by 6 photos) while in other species the number of images is lower but still relevant. Also biologists can found an useful tool for their job: a great number of animal species are described, vertebrate and invertebrate. This makes of BestBiology an exclusive work instrument.
		Updating and customers relationship
		BestBiology will be updated as soon as new items will be developed by our expertises, in a continuous implementation programme. It's very important for us a direct relationship with final users: a direct relationship with customers let us know each necessity and request and improve of services quality. Best Biology will consider each biology fields where images are an essential learning or teaching instrument: pathology, histology, radiology, parassitology, microbiology, botany and zoology.
		Our aim is to give more importance to arguments that generally doesn't find enough space in other contests; this will allow to our customers to avoid spending time in long and not productive researches.
		Interactive captions
		Captions of BestBiology are an useful learning tool: clear and complete. They are translated in french, spanish, german, italian and latin. Users can decide to visualize a single photo or a photo with its description. It's also possible to see the photo with pointers that will show the description when touched by mouse. This is very useful for studyng Pointers are different coloured: each colour is referred to a particular classification (ex in anatomy pictures colors indicate apparatuses).
		Rational navigation
		BestBiology pages can be seen using different criteria: you can visualize different faces of a single organ or the same organ belonging to different species. It' also possible an anatomical or functional correlation (ex organs belonging to the digestive system). This kind of navigation allows customers to create their "own page" that treats only the themes correlated to their necessities, making learning procedure easier and faster.
